This piece was commissioned as a 2 panel set for a public space at the newly constructed St. Regis Resort in Longneck Key, Florida. Hand-rolled and baked clay balls, dotted with liquid gold, were spilled onto the panels from above. The balls were glued into place exactly in their spilled formation and covered with clear resin for sheen and durability.
